Position Summary

The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s SAP HR and Payroll systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and smooth operations. This role bridges HR, Payroll, and IT, providing expert configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization across multiple SAP HR modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support SAP HR modules: Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), Organization Management (OM), Benefits (BN), and Time Data Transfer (CAT6).

• Implement system updates, support packs, and legislative changes to maintain compliance.

• Provide Level 1–3 support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system accuracy.

• Prepare functional specs, conduct testing (functional, integration, regression), and document results.

• Perform data conversions and integrity checks using LSMW/Secatt tools.

• Maintain documentation, security roles, and user training materials.

• Support HRIS and payroll projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ SAP HR/Payroll configuration experience; 2+ years’ payroll operations support.

• Strong knowledge of Support Packs, OSS notes, and legislative updates.

• Experience with interfaces, data migration, and basic SAP debugging.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Intermediate Excel skills; knowledge of CAT6 is an asset.

• Clear communication and collaboration across HR, Payroll, and IT functions.
