spice^TM is looking for a BI (Qlik) Analyst, who will be responsible for implementation of new customer projects, change requests and managing day to day support of the business inquiries and BI environment. He/she will participate as part of a team in design and implementation of standardized reporting & analytics processes to support current and future reporting needs of business.

What success looks like:

• You work closely with stakeholders across the business to define, analyze, document and implement BI and visualization solutions.
• You actively seek out opportunities to add business value through reporting and analytics
• You are a key participant in the conceptual design of BI report development / dashboard & visualization solutions that meet business objectives in compliance with best practices
• You support our internal stakeholders on requests for BI analytics with solution design from the bottom up, addressing data modelling, analytical structure, security and BI visualization
• You execute the design, development & support of reporting and dashboard solutions using PowerBI & Qlik Sense
• Together with the BI Manager and IT / Data team, you collaborate on the design of BI/BW data models, data store objects, and information stores to sustain current and future needs
• You assist in Design/Develop custom data sources based on business requirements in SAP or non-SAP systems or enhance standard SAP data sources
• You prepare required reporting suite documentation including (but not limited to): functional specifications, design documents, testing documents (including use cases) and product release notes.
• For reports/dashboards created by BI Team, provide support and maintenance of the Qlik Sense/ PowerBI environments including data loads, data integrity and accuracy.
• You execute customer support including (but not limited to) training, investigation & troubleshooting of inquiries/tickets
• You assist in developing, documenting and implementing enterprise reporting standards and best .

What you bring to the role:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Data Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience design/implementation BI report development/dashboard & visualization solutions, incorporating best practices
• Experience with data visualization tools including Qlik view/Qlick Sense, PowerBI and/or other visualization methodologies & best practices
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
• You have solid BI analytics and dashboard development knowledge. Supply Chain or Retail Operations experience a plus.
