spice^TM is looking for a Product Director, Inventory Services; who will be a valuable member in contributing to future and vision as the Canadian market leader in supply chain solutions. Reporting into the Product Leader this individual will be responsible for developing and supporting Inventory Services and Distributed Order Management product roadmap from market & competitive awareness through strategy development, business case and execution. As part of this responsibility the Product Director will lead a cross functional team (including both technical and commercial members) to deliver Inventory Services product portfolio through the full product life cycle. The Product Director will also play an instrumental leadership role in the implementation & optimization of our new DOM system. A key business partner to our Growth, Solutions and Contract Logistics teams, the Product Director will lead the innovation cycle for new products and services. They will also work closely with our shared services teams, as well as other Product teams, to find ongoing optimization and channel solution opportunities.

• You are a trusted partner supporting the Sales, Solutions, IT and overall Product teams through the build and deployment of new capabilities
• You will work closely with Marketing and Sales to develop value statements and go-to-market materials to support the sales pipeline
• You support the Contract Logistics, Solutions and Engineering teams to optimize inventory services delivery capabilities across our network
• You will ensure efficient executive reporting related to project milestones, budget and key deliverables
• You take pride in your strategic vision through to tactical execution and are willing to roll up your sleeves when required to meet deliverables

What you bring to the role:

• You have a strong understanding of supply chain, including from a market and technology perspective.
• Experience in a Product Management, Product Development or Inventory Management role at least at a Senior Manager level.
• Bachelor degree in Product, Supply Chain or a related discipline is preferred
• Experience in Agile development and delivery methodology strongly preferred
• Experience in Retail, Healthcare or Consumer technology an asset
  Experience in Supply Chain or Retail Operations an asset
• Experience in working with 3PLs an asset
• Experience in deploying technology solutions to enable product development is a key asset
• Experience with Order Management Systems (En Vista / Enspire) is strongly preferred.
  Experience with ERPs or Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan Scale, SAP) is preferred.
• You are expert in multitasking and time management, and are able to balance multiple projects and deliver quality results on time, on budget.
• You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
• Project Management Professional (or similar) certification is an asset.
  Agile (Scrum) certification is an asset.
