Candidate should be residing in Canada or someone that can work EST hours and is familiar with North American / Canadian accounting practices. 

What success looks like:

• Process AR and AP invoices
• AR Collections
• Banking
• Account Reconciliations
• HST/GST Tax calculations and remittance
• Payroll and Commissions
• Account analysis
• Regular and ad hoc reporting
• Advance Excel
• QuickBooks online

What you bring to the role:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in an accounting capacity
• Enrolled in 3rd or 4th year accounting program or at least with the experience needed to run a full accounting role.
• Very good written and oral communication skills
• Pursuit of CPA designation not required.
• Educational background in accounting, business administration, or commerce
