We’re seeking a specialized, local, and flexible resource to support a recently go-live with the TruckMate system. This is a post-implementation support role focused on ensuring a smooth transition from go-live to steady-state operations.

About the Role

The TruckMate implementation is complete, and now the focus shifts to navigating the real-world complexities of adoption. That’s where you come in—to help configure the system, resolve day-to-day issues, and provide expert support on system nuances

Key Responsibilities

• Post-Implementation Support & Troubleshooting
  Guide users through system configuration, address adoption challenges, and help resolve functional and technical issues.
• Onsite Collaboration
  Provide hands-on support directly to users—preferred candidates will be local and able to “sit with the team” as needed.
• Techno-Functional Expertise
  Act as a Business Analyst-style resource with a deep understanding of TruckMate—especially in areas like:
  • Integration with external trading partners
  • Handling and processing customer load documents
• End-User Enablement
  Support and coach power users, helping them gain confidence with the new system and workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven TruckMate experience in a post-implementation or support context
• Strong functional knowledge and ability to troubleshoot system workflows
• Familiarity with TMW legacy systems is a plus
• Ability to work with users in a collaborative, hands-on environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
