What Success Looks Like: We are seeking a Senior B2B Architect with 10+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Middleware technologies, specifically IBM Sterling Integrator. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep technical expertise, capable of architecting enterprise-scale integration solutions, mentoring global teams, and driving transformation initiatives across industries. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Architect & Lead enterprise-grade B2B integrations using IBM Sterling tools (B2B Integrator, File Gateway, SSP, Perimeter Servers). 

• Design & Implement scalable frameworks and migrate legacy systems to modern IBM platforms. 

• Develop Complex BPML Processes and EDI mappings (X12, EDIFACT, XML, HIPAA, RosettaNet) using Map Editor, ITX/WTX. 

• Manage System Administration: installation, performance tuning, and optimization across Linux/Unix/Windows and Oracle/SQL/DB2. 

• Lead Partner Onboarding & EDI Setup with AS2, VAN, SFTP, HTTPS, and Connect:Direct. 

• Integrate with SAP (IDOC configuration, SM59, WE20) and build API/web services (SOAP, WSDL). 

• Mentor global teams, enforce best practices, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. 

• Drive full SDLC from requirements through deployment and support. 

Required Experience & Skills: 

• 10+ years in IBM Middleware: Sterling Integrator (5.x–6.2), Gentran (2.2–4.3), SFG, SCC, SSP, SEAS. 

• Expert in BPML, mapping, and EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, HIPAA, RosettaNet). 

• Strong command of protocols: AS2, SFTP, HTTPS, Connect:Direct. 

• Proficient in SAP IDOC integration and API/web service development. 

• Skilled in scripting and databases: Java, Perl, XML, XSLT, SQL, Oracle, DB2. 

• Cross-industry expertise: Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Pharma, Utilities, Aviation, and more.
