As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of a Blue Yonder’s Transportation Management System by building customer relationships, problem solving, coordinating, and prioritizing project tasks. Ensuring all timelines are met by maintaining project plans, budget, communication, and change management to the wider project team.

What success looks like:

• Collaborate with project team and subject matter experts to the various phases of the project from design through to test and implementation.
• Project leas between project stakeholders and operations, to ensure that all project activities are in line with the overall project goals and the company’s business objectives.
• Coordinate project implementation and provide stakeholders and senior management with regular progress reports of milestones.
• Following up on action items and drive resolutions; as well as; facilitate additional meetings to close out key issues.
• Outline project plans, define deliverables, and ensure that each phase of the project is completed within time and budget.
• Ongoing risk management: understand, document, and track the risks on a given project and assess those risks for probability and impact.
• Ability to effectively communicate, work with and liaise between customer team members (users, management, IT), internal team members and other contractors.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Understand full project lifecycle from design to go-live.
• Previous implementation and/or integration experience with Blue Yonder TMS and other established SaaS solutions is considered an asset.
• Strong business and technology acumen and demonstrated ability to draw insights from information and convey complex information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work in a customer focused environment.
• Ability to adapt to change and easily adopt new methods and practices required to meet changing business needs.
• Learns quickly and has strong attention to detail.
