The Functional Analyst will be responsible for the portfolio of SAP FICO applications, where the candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing end-client’s SAP Financial and Controlling processes to drive the success of the organization. 

What success looks like:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translating them into SAP FICO solutions.
• Designing, configuring, testing, and implementing SAP FICO modules to support financial and controlling processes.
• Identifying areas for system improvement and providing expert guidance on SAP FICO best practices.
• Leading SAP FICO projects and overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation.
• Providing end-user support, training, and documentation.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and SAP updates to recommend enhancements and improvements.

What you bring to the role:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant.
• Expertise in configuring and implementing SAP FICO solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A collaborative and results-oriented approach to work.
• SAP FICO certification is a plus.

Language: Bilingual (Spanish and English) is essential.

Location: Panama; or LATAM (COL, MEX, VEN, ECU)
