We are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager to lead the project management functions in the implementation of a new cloud-based ERP solution. This role will work closely with our implementation partner, various business stakeholders, and members of our technology team to plan, steer, and successfully execute multiple projects as part of the ERP rollout. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a supply chain, CPG, or manufacturing firm.

What success looks like:

• Lead, support and guide project teams and champions through the project lifespan, ensuring all stages are well explained, communicated, and key deliverables and milestones are accomplished according to plan and timeline.
• Ensure consistency of project methodology and usage of project management tools while recognizing individual stakeholder needs.
• Work with the implementation teams to estimate timelines, assist with resource management, and identify resource gaps.
• Work collaboratively with our implementation partner to create functional scope, business design & requirements, and gap analysis documentation and/or presentations.
• Work with the technology management team to prioritize a high-volume of competing tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment, while managing stakeholder expectations and driving infrastructure improvements.
• Effectively manage and communicate project objectives, requirements, expectations, concepts, and progress to the execution team, steering committee, senior management, and stakeholders as required.
• Proactively identify potential risks so that proper mitigating strategies can be developed and communicated transparently.
• Work with key stakeholders to define and analyze comprehensive metrics to inform the success of projects post launch.
• Lead detailed retrospective sessions to achieve continuous improvement, challenging the status quo.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar designations.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager in a related industry.
• Experience project managing a large ERP implementation, a must.
• Experience working with 3rd party implementation partners.
• Proven ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, concurrent project environment.
• Deep understanding of different project management methodologies and practical understanding of when to apply them.
• Experience with a variety of project management tools.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with all levels of management including senior-level executives.
• Demonstrated experience with agile development methodologies and project delivery while adhering to established financial controls.
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Practical change management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, team building skills with proven experience driving a transformation that delivers results.
• Positive attitude, ability to develop and build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Location: Toronto with hybrid approach.
